Our client, a multinational company, manufacturer of office supplies, providing their services and products in over 120 countries worldwide, is looking for a Sales Manager Assistant for the office in Romania.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Professional attitude and attention to details;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work and collaborate with a sales team;
- Basic notions of invoicing and payments.
- Performing a wide variety of executive administrative duties as required by daily operations of the Sales Manager;
- Preparing offers and invoices;
- Operating and archiving company documentation;
- Offering support to the customers and also to the sales team;
- Taking part in marketing projects;
- Maintaining external communication with headquarters, local suppliers and trading partners.
