- About 2 years of relevant experience in office coordination/management
- Language skills: fluent Romanian, communicative English (min. B2 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as part of the role
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain an organized workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role often involves interacting with employees, suppliers, and clients
- Ability to handle unexpected challenges and resolve office-related issues quickly
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and office management tasks
Descrierea jobului
Documentation Management: Organize, archive, and store the company’s important documents, including contracts, licenses, and CUI documents for both companies. Ensure that all documentation is kept in an appropriate and accessible place. Also, manage the arrangement and maintenance of scanned copies on the server.
Office Supplies Management: Oversee the ordering of office materials and supplies (e.g., cups, coffee, etc.), and maintain reports related to these activities.
Accommodation Arrangements: Coordinate accommodation for employees, including contracts, home visits, and booking (e.g., Marcelina and other international employees).
Official Correspondence Handling: Manage and organize the company’s official correspondence.
Employee Communication: Maintain and update company boards for internal communication with employees.
Document Collection and Signing: Gather documents throughout the day for signing, manage the company register for contracts, and ensure proper entries and registration numbers.
Company Subscriptions: Manage the company’s subscriptions to newsletters, magazines, and other relevant services.
Other Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed
