- University studies;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related operational role;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Experience in working with ERP integrated systems, although this is not mandatory as we will take care internally to guide you through the SAP specific processes.

Main and specific responsibilities:
- Communication: Handle business correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries and re-direct to the appropriate department; Handle business meetings and visits, and provide a welcoming office environment;
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate internal or external meetings and corporate travel arrangements. Book travel accommodation, flights, and transportation;
- Support: Act as a support resource in relation to our team members to optimize the workflow;
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain data reports by processing information in/from our ERP integrated systems;
- Office Management: Coordinate and maintain effective communication with courier service providers and suppliers of office consumables. Monitor stock levels and order office supplies, stationery, and minor equipment when necessary.
