Assets Equipment Engineer

Work Location: Saipem Romania, Aricestii Rahtivani, Prahova County

This position is adressed to applicants already resident and with valid work permit in Romania at the time of application.

Your main goal will be to ensure the planning, maintenance and upgrade of the Onshore/Offshore equipment present in the job sites, plants and maintenance bases, through the maintenance teams, ensuring full compliance with projects schedules, job costs, quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have:

• ANRE certification 3A / 2B
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems. Capability to carry out electrical/mechanical inspections, maintenance, and analyses of electrical/mechanical breakdowns;
• Knowledge of the main automation components (I.E. PLC, Inverter, IO module, Analogue / digital signals/sensors);
• Knowledge on hydraulic systems (i.e. pumps, proportional valves);
• Knowledge on Pneumatic systems (I.E. compressor, distribution manifold);
• Technical University degree;
• English knowledge - mandatory medium level; advanced level will be considered a plus.

Main Tasks:

• Prepare reports highlighting needs for investments/disinvestments, managing the proposals for alienation in line with directives received;
• Coordinate the repairs in case of serious breakdown;
• Coordinate and supervise the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance to ensure the full efficiency of the equipment;
• Ensure technical support to the project for the implementation of the maintenance and the corrective actions to be implemented to solve the daily technical problems.
