• Execute design projects for company’s clients (Concept Design, Predesign, Design Development)
• Present the work of the company to clients and communicate with them during the project
• Collaborate with other team members (Architects, Strategic Consultants, Graphic Designers, 3d Designers, MEP Engineers etc) on projects and manage all the design phases
• Execute the corresponding Bill of Quantities and Budgets up to the Design Development phase
• Supervise as author project executions
• Collaborate with Construction Managers (for those projects that have one)
• Support the Chief Project Architect to adhere to project limitations (budgets, deadlines, space restrictions etc)

• University degree/post graduate diploma in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and MS Office Applications
• Willingness to work based on project deadlines
• Experience and expertise in B2B projects and client management
• Other required skills: able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough
• Additional languages, university degrees, knowledge of MS Project, Photoshop will be highly appreciated
