MOL Romania is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager for South-Eastern region who will manage all the service stations in their assigned area by setting clear directions and targets, controlling the results and providing professional business guidance in order to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals. As an Area Sales Manager you will continuously deliver high standards and compliance at all service stations, pursuit the delivery of best-in-class customer experience and support MOL Group Strategy with continuous growth of the business. Role of Area Sales Manager is critical to driving sales performance and ensuring operational efficiency across their assigned service stations.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manages the assigned area and execute the operational standards to deliver area level goals, through cooperation with key stakeholders. The assigned area shall cover at least 20 service stations
- Represents the voice of the customer to achieve best in class customer experience and service. Implement MOL Group’s customer service standards and ensure that standards, including Customer Service Protocol, are followed
- Directly supervises the operations of assigned group of service stations to maximize business results and ensure business plan and customer satisfaction goals are met; Supports the station teams with deep expertise, guidance, reviews and advice to comply with MOL’s operational excellence standards and to transform business requirements into operational tactics
- Ensures compliance with all company standards statutory requirements and policies within the business; Ensures that all Partners and Hosts are continuously fulfilling all training requirements and personal development plans according to MOL Group training (eSMILE) principles
- Acts as main stakeholder in the stage gate process ensuring that all reconstructions, refurbishments within the relevant area is meeting customer needs, tackling potential and fits the assigned budget
- Ensures the efficient communication flow in between the central functions and service stations to ensure that goals and priorities are well understood. Identifies best practices and opportunities for innovation to deliver a culture of positive change and continuous improvement. Acts as a single point of contact for the Partners and for the company in all business matters belongs to the area
Descrierea jobului
- University degree (preferably in Economics or related fields)
- At least 4-5 years retail, FMCG or other sales experience with large scale businesses
- Economics know-how, sales experience, managing larger teams (preferable off-site)
- Field management expertise, business drive and passion to food, coffee and retail in general
- Local language proficiency, intermediate English knowledge
- Office tools, Teams, digital competence of working with predefined dashboards (PowerBI), SAP (is an advantage)
- Leadership skills, change management, ability to bring about change, analytical acumen
- B category driving license is a must
