PuntoUP Recruitment Agency is looking for an Application Support Team Lead - Finance for a Swiss, privately owned international agri-business active in fertilisers and grains. The role leads support for the company's Finance IT applications, with direct ownership of Treasury and Tax systems, and is a first formal step into people leadership while staying close to hands-on support. Main Purpose of the Job: Coordinate day-to-day support of the Finance IT landscape - SAP for accounting, a treasury management system and a tax-determination solution, plus the interfaces connecting them - leading the internal support team and external vendors so that incidents, requests and recurring issues are resolved.

Job Profile:

• Lead, coach and develop the Finance applications support team, including objective setting, one-to-ones and performance reviews.

• Own the support backlog and prioritise incidents, requests, problems and escalations by business impact and agreed service levels.

• Coordinate external support vendors and managed service providers, monitor progress and challenge delays or quality issues.

• Act as the main coordination point for critical incidents, keeping stakeholders informed through to resolution.

• Serve as key IT contact for treasury processes and the treasury management system, and for tax processes and tax determination.

• Oversee support for SAP accounting and core finance processes, ensuring issues are routed and followed up.

• Work with Treasury, Tax and Finance stakeholders to assess business impact and translate needs into support or change actions.

• Investigate cross-system issues involving transactions, interfaces, controls, reporting and data consistency.

• Maintain an end-to-end view of systems, interfaces (file- and API-based) and data flows across the finance landscape.

• Lead root-cause analysis for recurring issues and keep documentation, process maps and knowledge articles up to date.

• Coordinate changes, testing, regression, release readiness and post-release validation within ITSM governance.

• Identify ways to simplify support, reduce manual effort and improve stability, data quality and user experience.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience supporting finance applications in a complex, integrated business environment.

• Strong practical knowledge of treasury operations and processes.

• Ability to support tax applications and coordinate tax-determination issues.

• Experience coordinating support activities, managing escalations and working with internal teams and external vendors.

• Some experience in team coordination, mentoring or workstream leadership, and readiness to take on formal people management.

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, functional testing, release support and documentation.

• Working knowledge of Incident, Change and Service Request Management; ITIL Foundation is a plus.

• Exposure to a treasury management system, SAP finance (incl. S/4HANA) or a tax-determination solution is an advantage.

• Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware or file-based interfaces, and with international outsourced teams, is a plus.

• Structured, analytical approach and clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
