Candidatul Ideal
This position is open to candidates with experience in risk modelling or advanced analytics who are looking to deepen their expertise in financial risk analytics. You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, apply statistical and machine learning techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor credit risk models, including application, behavioural, early warning, and IFRS 9 ECL models.
- Design and enhance fraud detection and AML solutions using statistical methods, machine learning, rule-based approaches, and graph analytics.
- Apply LLMs, NLP, and other AI techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data and support risk assessment processes.
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets, including data preparation, cleansing, transformation, feature engineering, and the application of advanced analytics to improve risk decision-making.
- Collaborate with Credit Risk, Fraud, and AML teams to translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions and optimize monitoring strategies.
Descrierea jobului
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related discipline).
- 1-3 years of experience in (risk) advanced analytics (financial services preferred) - internships or academic projects in these areas are also considered.
- Programming skills in Python, SAS, SQL for model development and data processing.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
- Experience with graph analytics, social networks, Graph Neural Networks (GNNs)/ text processing - LLMs and NLP is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytical insights into business recommendations.
