- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them destinations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Know the organization's products inside and out in order to advise clients in choosing the most suitable offer
- Convert leads into loyal customers, by finding them bespoke offers that meet our demands
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Founded in Cluj-Napoca, Travelminit has become one of the top players in the hotel booking market in Romania since 2017. The Travelminit portfolio contains 7500 accommodation units (hotels, pensions, apartments) in Romania active on the platform and covers a wide range of accommodation throughout the country (seaside, mountains, spas and large cities), being the market leader in vacation card bookings.
