In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Ensure the consistent and effective provision of services / information to the customer base including (but not only) Order management, fulfilment, problem solving and other services across all media (telephone, mail, etc.).
* Communicate with the customer to understand the issue
* Log customer claims in the appropriate data base(s)
* Have credit notes requests validated by the appropriate persons ensuring a clear, accurate and reliable information is provided to make decision.
* Raise credits when validated
* Follow the good returns until their completion. Communicate daily with Product after Sales and chase all parties. This part is also including chasing customers and transport companies when necessary.
* Deal with rejection in commercial manner.
* Liaise with customers, sales forces, and customer service
* Contribute to root cause analysis, lead actions, and update the credit notes action plan and KPI’s follow up

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Attention to details, proactivity
* Strong ability to solve problems
* Proficient in English and French (verbal and written communication skills)
