Descrierea jobului

In this position, your main responsibilities would include:​
  • Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the office space and coordinate necessary repairs. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Mailing: Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. Manage courier and shipping services as needed. Supplies: Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Monitor and control office expenses related to supplies.
  • Equipment: Coordinate with the IT department for the maintenance and functioning of all office equipment. Facilitate the repair or replacement of malfunctioning equipment.
  • Bills: Track and manage office-related bills, ensuring timely payments. Work with the finance/accounting department for accurate record-keeping. Errands and Shopping: Run necessary errands and handle office-related shopping as required.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Manage the office calendar to optimize time and resources.
  • Stationery: Order and organize stationery, maintaining an efficient inventory.
  • Office Operations: Organize and streamline office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and prices with office vendors. Liaise with facility management vendors for services like cleaning, catering, and security.
  • Budget Management: Manage the office budget and provide accurate and timely reports to the accountant.
  • Visitor Support: Provide general support and assistance to visitors.
  • HR Support: Partner with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Address employee queries related to office management issues.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
