Job Description:

Administrative Coordinator - Sales

Your main duty as an Administrative Coordinator in Sales is to support our sales team with various administrative tasks. We seek someone who is highly organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include handling phone calls, regular communication with clients via phone and email, and data entry into our system. Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous, though sales skills are a plus. We're looking for team players who will seamlessly integrate with our current team, showcasing a positive attitude, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Drive.

Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with strong proficiency in both Romanian and English to support our administrative tasks, including managing job vacancies, handling phone inquiries, and inputting data into our system. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and preferably some sales experience.

Salary:
We offer a monthly fixed salary ranging from 1200 to 2400 Euros, complemented by a generous commission based on performance. The company covers all travel and fuel expenses. Additionally, you'll receive two bonuses as part of our reward system, along with perks associated with working in a modern company with traditional values.
