- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in using ERP software
- Proficiency in Romanian accounting and fiscal regulations
- Above average computer literacy, especially in the use of excel applications and experience in working with a big database
- English at the Intermediate level or higher
- Full time job at the office

Responsibilities:
We are offer:
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks as per local requirements;
- Posting in the accounting software: invoices from internal and external suppliers, outgoing and incoming payments, petty cash documents, and other accounting documents;
- Ensure proper paperwork for invoices and other financial documents;
- Check employees’ expense reports, and ensure internal and fiscal requirements are met;
- Involvement in the preparation of the VAT statements and other tax statements for the local authorities;
- Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to statutory law, company accounting, and financial guidelines;
- Preparation and filling in of tax documents and reports as required by Romanian Laws and Regulations;
- Prepare and submit tax returns on time;
- Contribute to monthly reports to management;
- Contribute to the business processes and standard operating procedures improvement;
- Control that the information entering the database, account, and tax registers are correct and adequately formed;
- Assist with other accounting projects;
We are offer:
- Working schedule 9-18, Monday-Friday
- Income $1000
- Contract from the first working day;
- A modern and comfortable office near the subway station
