You will ensure that company practices correspond to internal control processes and procedures, that the output of these process create reliable and timely delivery of financial information.
What you will do at Webhelp:
Sales management responsibilities:
Issue client invoices in the ERP system as requested by Business Account Manager
Perform monthly revenue estimations
Accounting responsibilities:
Record & reconcile bank statements; apply cash to customer accounts
Manage relationship with factoring partners: record & reconcile factoring transactions
Prepare regular reports regarding the status of receivables
Ensure all accounting information is recorded accurately and timely
Cover other topics related to accounts receivables (e.g. manual postings, adjustments, reversals, write offs etc.) as needed
Provide support to audit teams (internal and external) in relation to receivables area Collection responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for Business Account Managers and customers in relation to receivables queries
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and any other irregularities
Perform collections and dunning activities in accordance with the collection strategy agreed for each customer (e.g. send statements of account, reminders, dunning letters, follow-up on promises to pay etc.)
Investigate and solve disputes by liaising with the customer and relevant internal departments; escalate to business when necessary
Qualifications and relevant experience:
University degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in a similar AR Accounting role (minimum 2 – 3 years)
Good working knowledge of French language, both verbal and written
Strong appetite for working in an international environment and very strong collaboration & team-work skills
