Candidatul ideal

■ Significant experience in a similar print procurement, print management environment with strong experience in managing direct mail campaigns;
■ Sound Direct Marketing knowledge;
■ Excellent client facing and customer service skills, service minded;
■ Ability to build relationships and develop new business;
■ Commercially strong and numerate;
■ Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as required;
■ Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing;
■ Can manage change, and keep a clear perspective of end goals;

We invite applicants from a background in print and direct mail production. You will have good customer services skills, ability to work in a varied and pressurised environment and be a team player. A good level of business English is essential.

■ Responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients and suppliers on all matters relating to print and campaign management services. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer services.
■ Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work.
■ In conjunction with the central procurement team, select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and time-scales for each job, manage benchmark information and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. Orders will be processed in the most efficient manner available.
Operations:
■ Provide technical input and advise on print projects as required
■ Procurement of print, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
Client Management:
■ Develops a good understanding of the client’s business and industry sector
■ Builds relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations
Business Development:
■ Demonstrates an understanding of the technological direction of the industry and how these advances will benefit the client;
■ Identifies and develops business opportunities inline with the business plan;
People Management:
■ Guides and manages the workflow on a daily basis;
■ Can inspire, motivate colleagues.
