Experience

• Previous experience within similar job role or have previous Oil & Gas Sales/Operations Management experience (essential)
• Specific product and Drilling application knowledge (desirable)

• Advanced knowledge of Downhole Drilling Tool product lines (essential)
• Supervisor or Management Training (essential)
• Computer literacy, including good knowledge of Microsoft applications (essential)
• Exceptional communication skills (essential)
• Working knowledge of NOV IT Systems JDE, TAT, EDS (desirable)
• Diverse knowledge of operational activities including workshop, service, logistics, inventory and general office based duties (desirable)

As Service Manager you will be responsible for setting up and managing the workshop service facility and all customer service in the local region for NOV Downhole. You will lead the HSEQ initiatives to drive the implementation and maintenance of the workshop.
You will take a proactive approach in supporting the operation by analysing tool forecasts, creating work plans, and identifying process improvement areas to increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
•Manage the Romania service facility, promoting a strong safety and service quality culture within the organisation.
•Ensure customer service of NOV rental fleet tools within the area, adhering to NOV service quality requirements, in line with procedures and NOV service processes.
•Direct line responsibility for Service, Rental, Inventory related personnel within the Romania facility.
•Liaise with Account Managers to coordinate rental tool requests to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
•Analyse inventory usage reports and participate in safety stock reviews based on job forecasts. Review service efficiency, scheduling, and tool asset utilisation.
•Liaise with Regional Asset/Inventory and Operations to ensure a high level of asset and inventory management within the region to coordinate the movement of tools between locations.
