Do you enjoy bridging the gap between Sales and Technology? At Heureka Group, we are all about making e-commerce easier for everyone.
We are looking for a tech-savvy enthusiast to join our Business Development team and ensure our merchants’ product data is perfectly integrated and optimized for success.
What will you do?
🛠Your main mission is to be the "technical guardian" of our merchants’ success. You won't just be onboarding them; you'll be making sure their data sings
.Lead Technical Onboarding:
You’ll be the go-to person for setting up product feeds (XML, CSV) and API connections for new partners.
Optimize Product Feeds:
You’ll map, clean, and transform data to ensure everything is categorized perfectly.
Monitor & Troubleshoot:
You’ll proactively watch over feed health and jump in to solve technical glitches or sync errors before they impact sales.
Collaborate Across Teams:
You’ll work closely with Sales to evaluate lead feasibility and with Product/IT to report bugs or suggest new features.
Support Growth:
You’ll help the Sales team identify high-potential merchants and optimize their catalogs for big seasonal campaigns.
What do we expect from you?
🧐We are looking for someone with a "technical vein" who isn't afraid to dive deep into data structures
.Experience: 1–3 years in onboarding, merchant support, or a technical sales support role.
Technical Mindset: You are proficient with Google Suite and have experience manipulating data in XML, CSV, or spreadsheets using scripts and automation.
Communication: You can explain complex technical issues in a way that’s easy to understand.
Languages: English at an intermediate level is a must. Hungarian (intermediate) is a very big plus! 🇭🇺
Education: A university degree is required.
Extra points if you have:
✨Experience with Python.
🐍Knowledge of APIs and webhooks.Previous experience from marketplaces like eMAG, OLX, Glami, or Fashion Days.
