Warehouse Lead Operator

✅ Our new Team member should have:

• At least High school diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Forklift operating experience and a valid ISCIR license
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Experience working with a warehouse or inventory management system is considered an advantage.
• Conversational level of English.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate a team, and good problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to be part of a great Team and willing to learn and grow with us

💼 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities by assigning tasks and monitoring teams performance.
• Actively support cross-docking operations, including handling, sorting, labeling, loading and unloading, scanning, goods reception, and dispatch.
• Verify the consistency between received goods and transport documentation and report any discrepancies.
• Update and maintain operational data in the TMS and other working applications and prepare operational required reports.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations as well as internal procedures
• Analyze workflows and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Maintain clear and effective communication between the warehouse team and other departments
