We don't just hire guides; we create them. We are looking for energetic, outgoing people who love interacting with others. No previous guiding experience is needed — if you have the right attitude and language skills, we will train you from scratch!

⚖ THE OFFER & THE SCHEDULE (Your biggest perks!): Because our day tours are immersive, full-day experiences (around 12 hours/day), we offer an unbeatable work-life balance with a highly predictable schedule:

• The Schedule: Usually "2 days ON, 2 days OFF". You work hard for two days, followed by two full days of rest.
• The Result: To cover your standard full-time norm, you will only work 14 to 15 days a month. This means you get over 15 DAYS OFF every single month to travel, study, or enjoy your hobbies!
• The Salary: A guaranteed base of 5.000 RON NET / month (on a fully legal permanent contract / CIM).
• Extra Income: High potential to earn generous TIPS from satisfied international tourists.

YOUR MISSION (What you will actually do):

• Lead walking or driving full-day tours for international groups (up to 25 people).
• Share fascinating stories about Romania’s history, culture, and architecture.
• Act as a friendly host: put your own spin on the tour, make jokes, and ensure everyone has a memorable experience.
• Monitor the group's dynamics and ensure everyone stays together, engaged, and safe.

✅ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU (The Ideal Candidate):

• Languages: Excellent English skills PLUS conversational Spanish OR Italian (Mandatory - we will test this).
• Personality: Charismatic, highly dependable, with a positive and welcoming vibe. Excellent public speaking skills.
• Energy: Stamina! You need the physical and mental energy to handle dynamic 12-hour shifts, working both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsibility: Great time management and organizational skills.
• Bonus: A valid Driver’s License is considered a big plus!
