Descrierea jobului
- Responsabil cu analiza cauzelor de bază ale defectelor de producție zilnică.
- Reproducerea și analizarea defectelor pentru a identifica și înțelege cauza rădăcină
- Îmbunătățirea și adaptarea metodelor de analiză conform cerințelor noilor produse / tehnologii
- Înregistrarea datelor în sistem
- Responsabil de a face propuneri pentru pierderile tehnologice
- Colaborează cu membrii echipei matriciale când este necesar
- Creeaza, documenteaza și trimite date relevante și rapoarte, conform cerințelor
- Retestarea sau refacerea pieselor (atunci cand este necesar)
- Programul de lucru la 4 schimburi
