Technical Sales Support Supervisor

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical consultancy (focus on electrical sales)
• University degree or High school – Electrical Engineering – preferred
• Soft skills: Leadership and team management, time management, communication, problem solving, advanced technical expertise, adaptability and continuous learning
• Software knowledge: Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), AutoCAD
• Ability to create and interpret technical plans and diagrams
• English: Advanced

• Lead and mentor the Technical Support team, set goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and strategies.
• Provide technical support to clients (wholesalers, electricians, end-users) via email and phone.
• Prepare and finalize technical/commercial offers using AutoCAD.
• Respond to customer inquiries and meet offer submission deadlines.
• Attend training and support internal knowledge sharing on products.
• Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and support materials.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on complex offers and projects.
• Report to senior management on performance, KPIs, and outcomes.
