• Previous experience in infrastructure, utilities, plastic piping systems, water, wastewater, gas, energy, telecommunications, construction or related industries
• An existing professional network within water or gas utilities, infrastructure companies, construction companies, contractors or technical distribution is a strong advantage
• Strong ability and motivation to identify and acquire new customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in developing a market and building long-term business
• Independent, proactive and well-organised working style
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness combined with the ability to understand technical products and applications
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Romania
• Very good written and spoken English is mandatory
• Valid driving licence – Category B

Your responsibilities
• Actively develop the Romanian market and identify new business opportunities within the infrastructure and utilities sectors
• Acquire new B2B customers and build strong, long-term business relationships
• Develop and manage relationships with water and gas utilities, infrastructure companies, construction companies, contractors, engineering companies and distributors
• Identify, develop and follow up infrastructure projects from the initial opportunity through to order completion
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate commercial terms
• Coordinate customer orders in close cooperation with our internal team and international partners
• Provide customers with professional commercial and technical support throughout the sales process
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitors and upcoming projects
• Represent the company together with our partners at customer meetings, group meetings, industry events and national and international trade fairs
• Travel regularly throughout Romania to meet customers and develop new business opportunities

Cable protection systems for energy and telecommunications infrastructure

The successful candidate will take ownership of business development activities across Romania and work closely with our international group companies and strategic partners, including EvoPipes, Radius Systems, and AEON.
