  • Driving license, category B;

Job Description

We are recruiting a Technical Product Coordinator for one of our clients, a major manufacturer of hydraulic equipment and one of the world’s leading suppliers of shock absorbers.

Responsibilities:
Delivering technical training sessions for customers’ mechanics, sales teams, and warranty departments, including during distributors’ exhibitions;
Providing technical and product support to customers in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Greece;
Managing and monitoring warranty claims;
Developing technical training materials;
Internal reporting, handling and resolving customer requests, and maintaining the database;
Analyzing market prices based on information collected by sales managers.
