A day in the life of a Customer Activation Contractor
No two days are the same in Customer Activation team, but each one will give you exposure on how marketing plans come to life.
Your day often starts by syncing with the local and regional members, checking upcoming activities and status of the ongoing initiatives, you help keep things running smoothly by making sure you provide support and value to the team.
By the end of the day, you’ve contributed to multiple projects, collaborated with different people and gained valuable insight into how customer activation works in a real business environment, all while building practical skills that matter.

- Support the Cluster Customer Activation team in implementing the annual activity calendar
- Assist with operational processes and internal tools/systems
- Help with budget tracking and activity planning
- Provide technical support for Customer Activation automation tools
- Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions (PO/PRs) in SAP/ARIBA
- Support invoice decomposition by activity for accurate reporting
- Create briefs and instructions for co-pack processes and display specifications
- Handle other administrative tasks (e.g. preparing simple templates, monitor competitive activities, translation and localization of activation assets into Romanian language),
- Support the creation of planograms
We are looking for you who are a problem solver with a drive for results, who value your own integrity and the trust your colleagues put in you. We see that you have a high learning agility to learn new tasks, building on the current expertise to create a healthy business growth. You want to pursue career in marketing or sales.
You are/have:
- University bachelor’s degree and are in your master ending years
- Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
- Collaborative skills
- Drive for Results
- Analytical Skills
- Action Orientation
- Fluent in English Language
- Mother tongue: RO
