What You’ll Do
Act as the single point of contact for Goodyear Proactive Solutions fleets post telematics installation.
Receive, log, prioritize, and resolve customer issues and requests (first and second level support).
Follow up with customers and resolver groups to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
Use remote diagnostic tools and live support systems to efficiently identify and solve issues.
Document requests, issues, resolutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base.
Monitor service performance and escalate or follow up on unresolved issues.
Ensure services meet quality standards for reliability, usability, and performance.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
3–5 years’ experience in customer support, client-facing roles, or technical support.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Strong IT and database skills; experience with ticketing or workflow tools.
Understanding of ITIL practices (ITIL Foundations preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
