Senior Recruiter Coordinator – Ploiesti – Office-based

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Ploiesti and support international recruitment projects.

Requirements:
•     Must have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (blue-collar roles required) in the construction industry
•     Good IT skills
•     Good English communication skills
•     Office-based position (on-site presence required)
•   CV in English

What you’ll do:
•     Source and recruit blue-collar candidates
•     Work on European markets such as France, Denmark, Germany, etc
•     Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and experience
•     Manage the recruitment process.
•     Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs and deliver results
•     Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

Nice to have:
•     Experience recruiting for or within the French market
•     French language is an advantage
