We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist for a long–term collaboration. The role involves end-to-end ownership of paid media for e-commerce brands: understanding the business, planning, implementation, optimization, and scaling, with full responsibility for performance outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for ecommerce (Google Ads / Meta Ads; TikTok Ads is a plus)
Ability to plan and run campaigns end-to-end, without step-by-step guidance
Clear understanding of funnel stages and budget allocation logic (cold / warm / remarketing)
Decision-making based on commercial metrics (POAS, ROAS, CAC, MER), not just platform KPIs
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixel event configuration, and server-side tracking
Consistent workflow and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Responsibilities:
Analyze each brand and define the paid acquisition approach
Set up and structure campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok (where relevant)
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data and business goals
Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and messaging
Implement and validate tracking setups (GA4, GTM, CAPI) to ensure stability and accuracy
Identify meaningful opportunities for scaling and take action when appropriate
Provide concise reporting focused on insights and next steps

We are a team of 33 people. We all work remotely, mostly from Romania, but also from Denmark, the UK and we have collaborators in South America and Asia. The work we're doing varies greatly, from Store Management Tasks (day-to-day catalog work, optimization, and maintenance), to Online Marketing Tasks (Email, Digital, and Social) to App Development (Public Shopify Apps to be more precise), to Consulting Services. Our clients vary from small businesses (sales up to $2mil/year) to multinational corporations.
