Senior Java Technical Lead with French

We are currently looking for a Senior Java Technical Expert with strong experience in software development, system architecture, and DevOps practices to join a dynamic and international environment.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Java-based applications, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability while collaborating closely with international stakeholders.

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java development (Java, Spring, Angular, SQL)
• Strong knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and networking
• Solid understanding of software architecture and technical design
• Experience with technical debt analysis and remediation
• Hands-on experience with code review, testing, and automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring, Angular, and SQL
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
• Analyze technical debt and propose solutions for long-term maintainability
• Review and validate technical designs aligned with business requirements
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Work with Docker for containerized deployments
• Administer Linux-based environments
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
• Estimate development efforts and analyze impact for new features
• Mentor junior developers and promote best development practices
