What we are looking for
A talented and passionate ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our ServiceNow Solution team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a deep understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Create, complete, and document User Stories related to HRSD processes
- Analyze, design, and estimate User Stories
- Develop, test, and deploy User Stories within the ServiceNow environment, integrating ServiceNow with other HR systems
- Configure HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and Journeys, building forms, workflows, and portals for HRSD
- Maintain and update ServiceNow HRSD environments
- Write technical support documentation and specialized guides
- Conduct post-implementation testing to ensure quality
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Provide technical assistance and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow HRSD
- Stay current with updates and new features of ServiceNow HRSD to ensure continuous improvement of the implemented solution
What you need to know/have
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development
- Previous experience in solution analysis, design, and technical estimation
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for client and server-side development
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration and advanced experience with Flow Designer
- Expertise in scripting: client scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Familiarity with HRSD/ServiceNow best practices (preferably certified in ServiceNow CIS-HRSD) and understanding of HR processes
- Experience in automating and industrializing deployment processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Clarity, simplicity, and structure in communication
- Active listening skills to understand business needs
- Fluency in English is a must and at least B1 level in French will be a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
