Candidatul Ideal
Your role:
You manage a portfolio of entities from Romania and international markets. Your work focuses on balance sheet accuracy, monthly closings and compliance with local and international accounting requirements. You collaborate closely with external accounting firms and internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience or strong interest in international accounting and multiple legislations.
• Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• English at minimum B2 level. French is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SAP is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Team-oriented mindset, openness to feedback and ability to adapt to change.
The team and environment
You will join a large accounting team of around 90 professionals, distributed across Iasi, Tunisia and France, working with structured processes and international exposure. • Analyze monthly and annual trial balance and balance sheet.
• Record and review accounting adjustments such as provisions, impairments and accruals, in line with Group policies.
• Perform intercompany invoicing following internal procedures.
• Execute month-end closings by reviewing expense and revenue accounts for key entities.
• Prepare annual financial statements, balance sheet and profit and loss, within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain constant communication with international external accounting firms.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting results, tax related data and statutory reporting deadlines at local and international level.
