Candidatul Ideal
Must-haves :
- 5+ years in accounting, with at least 2 in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Solid understanding of cost accounting and production controlling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

This is a hands-on role that combines statutory accounting with meaningful business analysis — you will be a key financial partner to both the CFO and operational management.

Accounting & Compliance
- Prepare and close monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS / local GAAP)
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Build and maintain production cost models; analyze variances vs. budget and standard costs
- Develop and track KPIs for production efficiency, waste, and margin per product line
- Prepare monthly management reports with commentary for leadership and HQ
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, and cost center
- Partner with production, supply chain, and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
