• Studii superioare - profil construcții;
• Experiență în domeniu - minim 5 ani;
• Cunoștințe MS Office, Autocad;

• Disponibilitate de deplasări.

• Executarea calitativă și cantitativă a lucrărilor conform proiectului;
• Planificarea și controlul activității muncitorilor și a subcontractorilor;
• Menținerea relației cu beneficiarul, dirigintele de șantier și proiectanții;
• Verificarea documentelor de carte tehnică (PVRC, PVLA, etc.);
• Respectarea termenelor și cerințelor de calitate.
