Manpower is recruiting a Sales Representative for one of its clients, a fast-growing SaaS company delivering advanced reservation and restaurant management solutions.

This role is specifically designed for professionals with extensive hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, particularly those who have worked as Restaurant Managers, Operations Managers, or Senior Concierge / Guest Relations Managers and are now looking to transition into a client-facing, strategic role within tech.

Requirements
● At least 2 years of experience in managing a Top 100 restaurant in Bucharest Romania – a must.
● 1-3 years of experience in selling products or services to Dine-In restaurants in Bucharest – an advantage.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Deep understanding of the restaurant industry's operational challenges.
● Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
● Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:

● Field sales role – actively meeting restaurant owners and managers on-site to present the platform
● Identify and acquire Dine-In restaurants as partners, focusing on top-tier venues in Bucharest.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
● Present the platform as a tailored solution for restaurant reservation and table management challenges.
● Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term adoption.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
● Analyse sales performance and contribute to the continuous optimization of sales strategies.
