• At least 2 years of experience managing a Top 100 restaurant in Bucharest, Romania – mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience selling products or services to dine-in restaurants in Bucharest – strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Strong understanding of operational challenges within the restaurant industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken)

• Field sales role – actively meeting restaurant owners and managers on-site to present the company’s solution
• Identify and acquire Dine-In restaurants as partners, focusing on top-tier venues in Bucharest
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key decision-makers
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Present the platform as a tailored solution for restaurant reservation and table management challenges
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term adoption
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Analyse sales performance and contribute to the continuous optimization of sales strategies
