Candidatul Ideal

For one of our clients, a leading international company with experience in designing and building swimming pools, SPA solutions, and wellness installations, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative.
The company combines technical expertise with a strong commercial approach, offering a complete range of products and services—from equipment and accessories to full-scale project solutions. Their focus is on sustainable growth, long-term partnerships, and excellent customer service.


Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Fluent in Romanian (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with CRM systems, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
  • Good computer skills (Email, Excel; CRM experience is a plus).
  • English and/or Bulgarian is an advantage.

Additional Advantages:
  • Experience in technical product sales, showroom consulting, construction, or wellness sector.
  • Existing relationships with architects, builders, investors, or hotel chains.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will work across both showroom and field sales, assisting clients in finding the right solutions for their pools, SPA areas, and wellness projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and guide clients visiting the showroom.
  • Conduct on-site client meetings for consultations and project discussions.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Sell hot tubs, saunas, pool equipment, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Prepare quotations and actively follow up to close sales.
  • Identify and develop new clients, both B2C and B2B.
  • Qualify leads for larger, project-based solutions (pools and SPA).
  • Organize and attend client meetings in Bucharest and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on sales activities.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
