Main Purpose of the Job:
The Sales Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the company's CRM, producing sales statistics and reports, and building the data collection forms and structures used for market research surveys. The role includes some direct client interaction and is focused on data, systems, and internal reporting to support the sales team's activity.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience; this is not an entry-level position.
- Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft, or similar) is required.
- Strong, confident user of computer tools and comfortable spending extended periods working with data and software.
- Advanced level of English.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and findings to management.
- Results-oriented, reliable, and able to flag delays or issues proactively.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Openness to developing into a more sales-oriented role over time is a plus, but not required.

- Own and maintain the company's internal CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Support the sales team in properly logging all client interactions in the CRM, providing guidance and training where needed.
- Prepare regular sales statistics and reports for management.
- Design and build data collection forms and survey structures used for market research with clients.
- Analyze client feedback and survey data, organizing it by category for further use.
- Collaborate closely with management to translate business questions into data collection and reporting needs.
- Maintain a clear overview of sales data across the company's internal software systems.
- Take part in direct client interaction as needed to support data collection and reporting.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by management.
