Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Sciences.
- At least 2 years of experience in crop protection, seeds, fertilizers, or agronomic advisory.
- Strong agronomic knowledge of Romanian crop systems.
- Consultative selling skills and ability to build trust.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical aptitude for field trials and agronomic data analysis.
- English language is advantage.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively.
Job Description
- Develop sales in the assigned territory by promoting Agrimatco’s product portfolio and achieving annual targets.
- Conduct daily farm and partner visits to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Secure and process customer orders with timely and accurate delivery.
- Expand customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend commercial tactics.
- Provide farmers with high‑quality recommendations on crop protection, nutrition, and seed technologies.
- Establish and monitor field trials
- Collect and analyze agronomic data to support product positioning.
- Conduct training sessions, field days, and demos for customers.
- Support credit management by collecting due payments.
- Share market insights and sales performance reports with management.
- Contribute to annual planning and forecasting.
