- Supporting the shops (Area Managers and Store Managers) in day-to-day operational and strategic HR activities
- Conducting recruitment processes for managerial positions (Store Manager, Area Manager) and supporting employee onboarding
- Co-creating HR tools and procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover)
- Collaborating with managers on employee development and workforce planning
- Participating in HR projects at both local and global levels
