Your main responsibilities:
Process guest check-ins, assign rooms and activate room keys
Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and report any guest concerns
Answer and handle guest calls, messages, questions and requests with professionalism and warmth
Provide information and recommendations about hotel services and local attractions
Process check-outs, resolving any disputed charges
Handle payments and room charges efficiently
Confirm reservations and cancellations, run daily reports on arrivals and departures, according to Leonardo Standards
Ensure compliance with Leonardo Hotels policies and procedures
