Job Responsabilities

• Responsible for making the spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests in a professional manner;
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction;
• Recommends and upsells services that fit the guests' needs;
• Other responsibilities include billing, monitor treatment availability and make reservations.

Crowne Plaza Bucharest Hotel, owned by Ana Hotels, has just finalized the renovation and extension of the main ballroom. The conference and events facilities within the hotel have now up to 16 meeting spaces, totalizing 1300 sqm and can hold events up to 1500 delegates.
