Technical and Professional Skills:
- Ability to identify potential improvement initiatives through analysis of the output of Quality improvement tools such as Lessons Learned, Customer Satisfaction, Non conformities, Cost of non Quality;
- Ability to manage improvements actions and Tools;
- Knowledge of Quality Certifications schemes, related mainly to ISO 9001 Standard, but with general knowledge of alternative schemes (e.g. API Q2, ISO 29001) and with focus on multi-site entities;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Analytical skills;

Purpose of the position: To collaborate in the development, management and continuous improvement of the Company’s Quality Management System, and to verify its correct implementation.
Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Develop and manage the Company Quality Management System in compliance with applicable Quality Policies, Standards and existing procedures;
- Provide support to other departments for analyzing, defining and improving operating processes to ensure the effective implementation of the Quality System;
- Liaise with Quality System Certification Bodies and other regulatory authorities for ISO 9001 certification activities;
- Provide support to Purchasing Management in Supplier and Subcontractor pre-qualification, qualification, and quality audit activities;
- Plan and conduct internal Quality System audits;
- Provide support to Sales Management in Client qualification activities;
- Ensure the conformity of the Company Documentation System (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions) with the ISO 9001 Standard;
- Support the Company Quality Manager in the performance of his/her duties;
- Support process owners in defining process objectives, monitoring performance, and promoting continuous improvement;
- Train Company personnel and new hires on quality-related matters;
- Analyze data derived from projects and processes (Customer Satisfaction – CS, Non-Conformities – NC, complaints, lessons learned, etc.);
- Issue and manage Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and Preventive Action Requests (PAR).
