• Technical education in Engineering (material, quality, or related majors)
• 3+ years’ experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of metal quality standards (for aluminum, iron) or metal processing is an advantage
• Experience with quality tools and defect analysis (5Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, SPC, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, perform defect analysis, and improvements.
• Good understanding of quality management systems (ISO9001 or similar)
• Fluent Romanian and English

• Provide support for incoming, in-process and final quality inspections (IQC / IPQC / FQC)
• Monitor quality during production processes such as stamping, welding, surface treatment and assembly
• Collect and analyze defects and support root cause analysis using tools like 5Why, Fishbone and 8D
• Work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain inspection records and support quality documentation and ISO 9001 processes
• Participate in new product trials and quality validation
• Contribute actively to building a strong and scalable quality system
