Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Data Analytics and Compliance
Your Responsibilities:
- Dashboarding: Development and maintenance of performance dashboards in ServiceNow and Skywise.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting ticket audits to monitor data quality and process compliance.
- Data Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc analyses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
- Process Support: Providing assistance to German locations in measuring cost reduction measures.
