Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle complex accounts and ensure timely, accurate communication.
- Lead regular customer calls and provide meeting summaries.
- Process and acknowledge customer orders.
- Continuously review and optimize planning based on capacity and material availability.
- Manage invoicing and ensure compliance with logistic agreements.
- Drive improvements in delivery and quality performance.
- Analyze forecasts and production orders to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and provide cost transparency.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Support quarterly business reviews and explain data discrepancies.
- Promote eco-friendly practices in shipping and documentation.
- Handle RMA requests and ensure proper customs procedures.
- Ensure timely action on KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.
