We are looking for at least 10 years experienced PLC Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Beckhoff automation and CODESYS-based systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain industrial automation solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability across various applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven experience with Beckhoff (TwinCAT) and CODESYS programming environments.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming and industrial automation concepts.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus, OPC UA, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion control, robotics, or servo systems.
• Knowledge of safety PLCs and functional safety standards.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, or data integration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PLC programs using Beckhoff TwinCAT (2/3) and CODESYS platforms.
• Configure and integrate Beckhoff hardware (IPCs, I/O systems, EtherCAT networks).
• Design and implement control logic using IEC 61131-3 languages (Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram).
• Develop HMI/SCADA systems and ensure smooth communication between components.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support commissioning, testing, and startup of machines and production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, and software engineers).
• Maintain clear documentation for software, hardware, and system configurations.
