We are looking for a People & Culture Site Manager who will build and lead the full People & Culture agenda for this new location. This is a pioneering role with real impact: from creating core HR processes and workforce plans to driving recruitment, employee development, employer branding, and people-related site strategy.
You will help shape a new operation from the ground up in cooperation with local leadership and regional HR.

What we are looking for
- Several years of experience in HR / People & Culture leadership roles
- Strong experience in operational HR, ideally in logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience in site set-up, ramp-up, greenfield operations, or major organizational build-ups will be a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build processes and structures from scratch
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR administration
- Experience in high-volume hiring as well as recruitment for specialist and managerial roles
- Strong understanding of HR systems, ATS, and HR data reporting
- Ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with a strategic people agenda
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different organizational levels
- High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong quality mindset
- Very good command of English
- University degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field

Your responsibilities
What we offer
- Establish and lead the People & Culture function for the new site
- Build and develop the local P&C structure in line with business growth and operational ramp-up
- Design and implement core HR processes, policies, and standards for the new location
- Ensure legally compliant and efficient personnel administration processes
- Act as the main People & Culture business partner for site leadership and operational managers
- Advise leaders on people management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership practices
- Develop and execute the workforce strategy, including hiring plans for blue- and white-collar roles
- Lead recruitment activities and ensure effective cooperation with external recruitment and temporary workforce partners
- Drive onboarding, training, and development initiatives to support capability building and long-term retention
- Build and manage local employer branding activities to position the site as an attractive employer in the Romanian market
- Support the setup and coordination of Health & Safety-related people processes in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Analyze people data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into action plans
- Build and manage the local HR budget
- Ensure alignment between local people practices and regional / group standards
- Support the creation of a strong, performance-driven, and collaborative site culture
