- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll calculation;
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor and tax legislation;
- Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills in English and Romanian.

Nice to Have:

Experience in a company with shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Previous use of payroll systems like Pluriva, UCMS, Saga.

Purpose of the Role

You are responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees. You ensure full compliance with Romanian labor legislation, internal policies, and reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process monthly payroll using internal systems and reports.
Validate attendance, overtime, bonuses, and other variable elements.
Calculate gross-to-net salaries, social contributions, and taxes.
Manage meal vouchers, medical subscriptions, and other employee benefits.
Submit monthly declarations (e.g., D112) and ensure accurate reconciliation with accounting.
Prepare reports for management, finance, and auditors.
Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
Liaise with external and internal partners
Support employees with payroll-related questions.
