We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Paid Search Specialist with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive — someone who can lead by example, drive measurable results, and support a high-performing team.
You should have a solid understanding of Google Ads, and other paid search platforms, as well as experience with performance analysis, budget pacing, forecasting, and optimization strategies

What You'll Do:
20% - Manage performance across the team. Develop strategies to optimize and drive results.
20% - Analyze workloads to ensure efficient resource allocation and task prioritization.
20% - Provide consistent and effective support to supervisor on performance and team concerns.
15% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns.
15% - Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, and ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
10% - Lead portions of weekly calls with the team, communicating priorities and goals for the week.

Job description
Tasks specific to the role – roughly 40-hours work week
- Daily Pacing
- Ensure all accounts are pacing to their allotted budget. Identify accounts with low and high pacing. Work with the team to correct.
- Daily Performance
- Ensure all accounts are meeting KPIs. Identify performance outliers. Work with the team to correct.
- Weekly Goals
- Review the team's goals for the week and ensure important and timely items are prioritized.
- Weekly Optimizations
- Review the team's optimization tasks and checklists. Ensure appropriate adjustments are being made.
- Weekly Team Call
- Lead a call with the team to check in on goals for the week, establish priorities, and discuss any team business.
- Monthly Analysis and Forecasting
- Review accounts for the upcoming month and establish expectations and goals.
- Account Reporting
- Review account reports and ensure insights and callouts are effective and valuable. Work with the team on improving as needed.
- Account Management
- Act as primary or supporting specialist on 3-4 paid search accounts
