ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a global business services partner supporting a leading FMCG organization through a large-scale transformation and the development of a new Global Business Services (GBS) operating model.
We are looking for an experienced Operation Analyst - Order-to-Cash (O2C) to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process across the European region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major transformation program and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and process compliance within a dynamic international environment.
As part of the O2C organization, you will act as a key link between global process governance and regional operational execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Customer Operations, or related functions.
  • Proven experience working with BPO providers or third-party service partners in high-volume transactional environments.
  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes, controls, and performance management.
  • Advanced user knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related O2C tools.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and managing stakeholders across different European markets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of O2C activities performed by third-party service providers, including order management, invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
  • Ensure operational activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels.
  • Monitor daily operations and period-end activities to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for external service providers supporting O2C operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve overall delivery.
  • Ensure vendor activities remain aligned with global process standards and operational requirements.
  • Track and manage key operational KPIs, including:
  • Invoice Accuracy
  • Order Cycle Time
  • Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Cash Collection Effectiveness
  • Cash Application Timeliness
  • Dispute Resolution Cycle Time
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to global O2C policies, procedures, and process standards across the EU region.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including SOPs and operational work instructions.
  • Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, credit policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Promote effective use of O2C systems and tools, including SAP S/4HANA and related finance applications.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements and process changes.
  • Ensure customer master data, pricing information, credit limits, and payment terms are maintained accurately.
  • Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects across O2C processes.
  • Act as a liaison between Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Credit Management, and Global Process teams.
  • Collaborate with business partners to resolve order blocks, billing issues, customer disputes, and collection challenges.
  • Balance customer experience, revenue realization, and risk management considerations when addressing operational issues.
  • Identify recurring process inefficiencies and root causes affecting O2C performance.
  • Drive resolution plans together with service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
