The candidate will have the primary responsibilities:
- Offers assistance for merchant regarding GarantiBank POS terminals;
- Operates in the system the specific parameters for acquiring merchants according to standing procedures;
- Monitoring and reporting of statuses of requests sent to service company;
- Monitoring the Cards transactions Fraud Application and takes the necessary actions.
Working hours are in 3 shifts:
08:00 -16:00
14:00-22:00
21:00-09:00
